MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS DURING PANDEMIC

It’s hard to deal with our Mental Health because we are in the midst of pandemic.This video stating how the pandemic affects our Mental health.After more than a year of lockdowns and losses, studies show that the pandemic is taking a massive toll on people’s mental health. Especially young people are disproportionally affected and are more prone to depression, anxiety and substance abuse.


It is normal to feel anxious and stressed during the COVID-19 outbreak.

We all have a role to play in protecting the physical and mental health of ourselves and others. Know the facts about COVID-19 and help to support positive mental well-being.

It’s hard to adapt but it’s even harder if we let ourselves fall into this situation .During this pandemic it is not me,not just you but millions of people who think that they live in.Lack of the things that we need and lack of self confidence that may be stressed it’s natural but what’s not natural is that you won’t help yourself to get rid of something you know can bring you down.There are a lot of people being mentally ill and sometimes some people committed suicide because they can’t deal with this life plague.It’s sad reality that some people lose their lives because they are not mentally stable.

During this difficult and dangerous time,it’s is important to continue looking and caring after your physical and mental health.This will not only help in long term,it will also fight COVID-19 and also able to aware about your mental health.

This chart above stating that young people are the one who is sick.They suffer in this life plague at sometimes it’s hard to survive.I know they can, depression is not based on your age.We should always aware that young people can be mentally unstable too.There are so many reason that one single person can experience.Some people said that being an mentally unstable person is an easy problem that you have but they don’t know that it is life-threatening.It is a deadly  disease of one’s mind.These are the important steps that you can do to SURVIVE.Healthy living is a key.Love youself more.PRIORITIZE YOUR PEACE.
